ODESSA -- A woman accused of killing her five year old son in 2011 has been sentenced.
Kimberly Ann Moore was accused of capital murder after the death of Zachary Dominguez, her five year old son.
Today she pleaded guilty and received a life sentence without a chance for parole until a minimum of 37 and a half years have been served.
Moore was also sentenced to 15 years for several counts of injury to a child, for allegedly abusing her two year old son.
The father of the five year old, Ralph Martinez received a life sentence for the same crime in August of this year.
Martinez's mother, Evangelina Quezada, pled guilty to failure to report a felony for the same incident, and received six months in jail.
