Warm And Windy Today, But Not Tomorrow 12-4-13

Winds could gust to 35 or 45 with temperatures in the 70's today
Today...

Temperatures will be back on the warm side.

Most areas can expect highs in the mid 70's to the lower 80's.

The central basin should check in around 75 this afternoon.

Winds will be strong this afternoon out of the southwest.

Look for gusts up to 35 or 45 mph.

In the Guadalupe Pass, where we have a high wind warning, gusts could reach 75.

Tomorrow...

A cold front comes through before daybreak, so whatever our morning low is...that will potentially be our high for the day.

Currently, it looks to be about 42 tomorrow.

Accompanying the front will be a 60% chance of rain with chances starting as the front comes through around 7:30 AM.

Chances come through the rest of the day and as night falls...this can turn into frozen precipitation.

Roads could be treacherous for the morning commute Friday.

This weekend...

Temperatures will stay around the freezing mark all weekend with lows in the 20's.
