Obama Administration Won't Block Legal Marijuana Laws in CO and WA

No doubt legalizing marijuana in the U.S. is a hot button issue. But, for now advocates of the law are getting a pass in two states. The Justice Department said it won't try to block laws that legalize pot in Colorado and Washington state - at least for now. Attorney General Eric Holder made the announcement during a conference call to the state's governors, Thursday.

Colorado and Washington passed measures legalizing personal marijuana use last year. 19 states and the District of Columbia allow some legal use of pot, including medicinal use.
