The NFL reached a historic settlement in a concussion lawsuit with more than 4,500 retired players. They accuse the league of hiding the dangers of head trauma. Many of the former athletes claim they suffered neurological problems as a result.

The league is expected to pay $765-million to cover medical exams, concussion-related compensation and medical research for retired players.

The NFL is not commenting on the settlement.
