Morton's Rebels Ready to Match Tascosa's Early Aggressiveness

Midland Lee better be ready and focused come Friday night's game in Amarillo, or the Tascosa Rebels will hand them their first district loss like they did to San Angelo Central.
Fortunately for the Lee Rebels, they've already seen what can happen if you go to Amarillo and aren't focused and prepared for the Tascosa Rebels.

Tascosa handed the San Angelo Central their first district loss, and first loss of the season two weeks ago when they defeated the Bobcats 48-27.

Lee head coach James Morton said his Rebels are lucky they have an example to use when it comes to not taking Tascosa lightly after their win over Central. He also talked about what he wants to see from his team on Friday night, saying "I think we have to match their aggressiveness early. Obviously they have some questions with some of the games that they've gone through but the longer you keep them in a game the more confidence they're going to get, and playing up there at their home place they will have more momentum. I think it's important for us to get off to a good start early and stay consistent through out the game."
