Mobile I.D. Centers Set Up For Voters

The new law requiring Texas citizens to have a valid U.S. I.D. in order to cast a ballot has led to mobile stations for election identification certificates being set up in West Texas.

MIDLAND -- The new law requiring Texas citizens to have a valid U.S. I.D. in order to cast a ballot has led to mobile stations for election identification certificates being set up in West Texas.

Stations were set up at two locations in Midland, one at the annex on a-street, and another at Midland College.

Officials say just two people showed up to get I.D.'s to cast ballots for this election.

Early voting runs through Friday, November 1.

Election day is Tuesday November 5.
