Lee Introduces Castillejos as Next Girls Soccer coach

Alan Castillejos is familiar with the Permian Basin, and now he's back as the next Girls Soccer Coach at Midland Lee.
Midland Lee has hired a new Girls Soccer Coach.

Alan Castillejos was introduced as the next head coach of the Lady Rebels Monday afternoon, and he certainly has the resume for the job.

Castillejos was a four year Varsity letter man at Permian High School. After Permian he played collegiate soccer at Trinity University, where his team made four consecutive NCAA tournament appearances, including two to the sweet sixteen.

Castillejos is young, but he says he's ready to get to work transforming the Lady Rebel soccer program into one that's dedicated and hard working.

"First of all I want to bring passion to the team. I want to start a fire in the girls and I want them to want to play for me and want them to go on to the next level. As far as tactical: I like to play in a passing style, a possession game that leads to a fast paced attack. That's the way I played in College and in High School and that's what I want to bring to this program" said Castillejos.
