MIDLAND -- Midland County Judge Mike Bradford was at the Midland County Republican Women's Luncheon Wednesday afternoon, campaigning for his re-election.
He announced on Monday that he will be seeking a third term.
At the luncheon, Judge Bradford recalled several milestones, as he called them, during his tenure like the county's triple-A bond rating, and the tax rate being cut 40 percent.
He says this is due to his background in the financial market before being elected judge:
"That doesn't just happen because you want it to happen, that happens because you're able to put a financial vision together and get those that you work with to join you in that effort."
If re-elected next November Judge Bradford will serve for another two years.
