RockHounds look to finish eight game home stand with .500 record.
The RockHounds looked to finish their eight game home stand at .500 with a victory against San Antonio on Monday night, but couldn't get it done.

Midland scored four runs in the second inning to take a 5-3 lead and would increase that lead to 7-3 in sixth inning after Chad Oberacker knocked in two runs on a double to right field.

The top of the seventh came along and the Hounds bullpen couldn't keep San Antonio off the board. The Missions scored four runs off of Carlos Fisher in the top of the seventh and it proved to be enough as the Missions won the game by a final score of 8-7.

San Antonio won the series three games to one, giving the Hounds a 3-5 record during the 8 game home stand.

All four teams in the Texas League South division have a 13-11 record.

Midland travels to Corpus Christi for a four game series before coming back home to host the Frisco RoughRiders this weekend.
