In this weeks Golf Headquarters Golf Tips segment, Club Pro Mike Crosser talks with Horace Brown about some new putting technology.  He also gives Horace two additional putting tips.

Mike: Horace this is the number one putter. Rickie Flowler is using this one right now.  Okay.  It's called the Bat Wing it's call number 7.  Odyssey come out with it.  Now they have a thing called Versa.  Which means they have the lines.  Instead of the two ball like what you had where it line you it kinda draw your eye back.  Now they have the lines going horizontal so that they have white black white.  And on this one it's black white black.  So depending on what your eye is there's two different colors.  and it will set your eye back and it will set you square.

Mike: Putting's the only time you get to go exactly over the ball.  Now what I should do now stay there.

Horace: Okay.

Mike: Okay  I can drop that off your eye.  and I'm gonna drop it again.  Okay.  So once I keep dropping it it should fall right there.  If you're directly over the ball.

Horace: Oh okay.

Mike: I should be able to drop that right off your left eye.  It's perfect position good.

Mike:  You know another reason why you should practice on putting greens and especially this is suppose to be the norm for the rest of our golf course.  Okay.  Our greens are just like the rest of them.  but in the afternoon they're slower because the grass grows.

Horace: Yes.
