Golf Tips #4 05-19-13

IN THIS WEEKS GOLF HEADQUARTER'S GOLF TIPS SEGMENT CLUB PRO MIKE CROSSER TEACHES HORACE BROWN HOW TO HIT AN IRON CUT SHOT.  MOVING THE BALL FROM RIGHT TO LEFT AND LANDING IT SOFTLY.
(Mike) Now if I want to cut it.  I open my stance up so now you pull your left foot back .  Now my hips are open now I'm in this position where I'm already through now I'm going to just cut the ball.

(Mike) Get your balance better.  Yes the nice thing about this you want to make sure also that your club face is laying flat.
You don't want to have the toe up or the toe down.
So what I'll do is stick a dollar bill under it until that thing gets flat.  So you need to tip your hands up a little bit that's still not flat.
We want to use all the surface area of that club if we can to hit that ground.  Okay.

(Mike) You know this is a good visual from behind so people can see this.

(Mike)  That's better..
