ODESSA -- A former Permian High School teacher is now facing additional charges.
Robert Young has been re-indicted on two new counts of improper relationship between an educator and student.
Police say Young had sexual relations with an 18-year-old student in 2010 when he was a math teacher.
A grand jury added the new charges Monday and the district attorney says "the new charges accurately reflect the facts of the case."
Young resigned his teaching position in 2010.
