ODESSA -- In the past year, Odessa Emergency Medical Services responded to 17,321 emergencies. Emergency ambulance service can be expensive, with costs reaching over $600.00 per patient.

There are 3 different payment plans:
$6.00 per month
(Billed to your water bill)

OR

$59.00 One-Time Annual Payment.
(Billed to your January water bill)

OR

$59.00 One-Time Annual Payment.
(Payable by cash, check or money order)

Your membership costs go directly into improving the Odessa Fire Rescue's Fire and Medical Services. Anyone living in Odessa or Ector County can take advantage of the program and the whole family is included in your payment.

Complete an application and mail it with your one-time payment of $59.00 by check or money order or you may choose to have $6.00 per month billed on your City Utility (water) bill each month beginning January 1, 2014.
