UPDATE: Morning School Bus Accident In Odessa Injures Four

A school bus accident in Odessa injures three students and the driver.
UPDATE FROM The law firm of Glasheen, Valles, & Inderman:
A lawsuit has been filed against National Oil Well Varco, L.P. after its pickup truck driver crashed into an Ector County Independent School District bus on March 25, 2014. The lawsuit was filed by attorney Noe Valles of the law firm of Glasheen, Valles, & Inderman on behalf of the school bus driver and one of the children passengers for severe bodily injuries. The truck driver disregarded a stop sign and t-boned the school bus.

Noe Valles of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman is the attorney for the injured school bus occupants.

“We filed a lawsuit to quickly preserve evidence in this case,” said Valles. “The increase in collisions in this area is startling and companies need to be held accountable for their actions.”

The lawsuit was filed in Ector County.

Odessa, TX (Big 2 News) - A school bus accident in Odessa injures three students and the driver. 

One of the students injured was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital.

The accident happened at 22nd and Mercury at around 8:30 am.

Two students and the driver of the bus were taken to a local hospital to be treated.

ECISD Officials tell us the accident was caused by a pick up truck hitting the bus and throwing it off the road.
