UPDATE: Suspects in Multiple Midland Robberies Arrested

Midland police say a 21 year old and a 16 year old stole cash at gunpoint from three area businesses.
MIDLAND, TX (Local Big 2 News) -  (UPDATE) Police have arrested two suspects accused of stealing cash at gunpoint from multiple Midland stores.

Authorities say surveillance photos show Damien Rodriguez, 21, and a 16 year old demanding money from store clerks at a Walgreens on Andrews Highway and two nearby 7/11s.

All three incidents happened in as many days, starting last Friday.

Both suspects face charges in Midland county.

Cash stolen at gunpoint from three Midland stores since Friday, and now police say two armed robbery suspects are on the run.

Surveillance photos show what police tell us are two Hispanic men holding up store clerks.

Authorities say the two hit Walgreens on Andrews Highway, as well as two 7-11s nearby.

The suspects, one standing about 5'5, the other 5'10, wore blue bandanas and were seen getting into a dark-colored getaway car.

Police are offering a $1,000 reward for info leading to their arrest.
