Panthers Bad Offensively and Defensively Against Central

Permian travels to San Angelo and lose to Central for the first time since 1997.
Permian head coach Blake Feldt thought his team had their best week of practice all season, but when the clock hit zero on Friday night in San Angelo, the score said otherwise. The Panthers lost to San Angelo Central 43-7, and didn't score their first touchdown until under three minutes remained in the game.

Central on the other hand scored on their first seven possessions, and led 43-0 at the half.

Feldt had this to say about the Panthers loss, "Out of the delay we did not play very well at all on either side of the ball. If you're going to have a week where you don't play well on either side of the ball and you're playing Central then you're going to have a long night. We had a long night. We did not play very well at all and like I said I was surprised because I really thought we had a great week of practice."
