Midland Habitat for Humanity is celebrating the completion of its 122nd home.
MIDLAND, TX (Big 2 News) -- Midland Habitat for Humanity is celebrating the completion of its 122nd home.

The non-profit held a dedication ceremony for the house Thursday evening.

Midland Habitat for Humanity will be dedicating and blessing a home for Kap Thang, his wife Ruth Mawi and their children. Mr. Thang and his wife are implants to Midland from their home country of Burma (Myanmar). He is the local pastor and spiritual support for a growing number of Burmese nationals that have moved into our area. Midland Habitat is also pleased to announce that the home that Mr. Thang and Ms. Mawi will be moving into is the Apostles' Build home. This home has been built mainly through fundraising efforts and volunteer man hours through local churches!
