Midland Lee has won their past two games in come from behind fashion, but the Rebels are doing a great job of not having any hang overs and staying focused on what lies ahead.

After the Rebels 34-28 victory over cross town rival Midland High, the Rebels now turn their attention to Amarillo Tascosa. The Tascosa Rebels are a dangerous team at home, as they knocked off San Angelo Central 48-27 and handed the Bobcats their first loss of the 2013 season.

Lee head coach James Morton has been pleased with his team's focus and lack of complacency when it comes to being prepared for what's ahead.

Morton said "Absolutely. I think every week is a new week and that is something these guys have done a great job of. It's about the next game, and it's really not even to the game yet, it's our next practice. Whatever our next focus is that we have to do to get better. Monday and Tuesday we had great workouts and we improved each day. That's encouraging knowing that there hasn't been complacency or a hangover from the win against Midland High."
