Victor White told Judge he didn't want evaluation<br mce_bogus="1">
The man accused of shooting two Ector County Sheriff's deputies won't be getting a psychiatric evaluation.

Victor White's attorney asked for a mental evaluation. But White didn't want it, and he made that clear in court. That's when Judge Bill McCoy denied the motion.

White is accused of shooting four people last September. He also holed up in his West Odessa home for hours, launching a tense 22-hour standoff that ended with parts of the compound in flames. White eventually surrendered to authorities.
