"J-ROC" Back in Basin for JBS Leadership Revival Event

The Fine Arts Leadership Revival features two-time Grammy-winning music producer Jerome Harmon who goes by the name of "J-ROC" in the music business.
MIDLAND -- The John Ben Shepperd Institute is pleased to announce the latest in a series of Special Events: "JBS Fine Arts Leadership Revival" The event will take place on Saturday July 12, 2014 at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, 1310 N. FM1788 Midland, Texas 79707, at 7:00 PM. The public is invited and the event is free - no reservations or tickets required.

The Fine Arts Leadership Revival features two-time Grammy-winning music producer Jerome Harmon who goes by the name of "J-ROC" in the music business. He is an R&B music producer working with Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake and many of the top artists in that field. Recently, J-ROC was honored by his entire extended family and others in Crane, Texas where he grew up and attended the public school system. This family-friendly, spectacular show places the focus on the fine arts in education through leadership testimonials, panel discussion, music, vocalists, interpretive dance and oration.

The John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Institute is the state's Center of Excellence for public leadership education, ethics, and public service. It prepares young Texans in these areas and conducts on-site leadership training at schools and organizations throughout Texas. The JBS Institute is co-located with and part of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin (UTPB).
