All You Need:

Single serving
(2) Fish Fillets (Frozen Tilapia- Parmesan Crusted)
(2-3) Corn Tortillas
Graded Cheese
Shredded Lettuce
One Cucumber
(2) Fresh Jalapenos
(2) Tomatoes
Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Fresh Lime
Table Spoon Butter or Margarine
Black Pepper

Bake fish in oven 15 - 20 min at 425 degrees
Cut up jalapenos, tomatoes and cilantro to make pico de gallo
Warm tortillas on non-stick pan
While tortillas is warming add cheese and let melt
Slice cooked fish on top of melted cheese on tortilla
Remove tortilla with cheese and fish and add pico de gallo, lettuce and cucumber
Squeeze on a few drops of lime juice
Add a dash of black pepper
