All you need:

1 can (14 oz.) Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
Handful of fresh Baby Spinach
1 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise 
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, or 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/3 cup Tomatoes, Chopped (Optional)
