Cowboys release FB Lawrence Vickers; Have no FBs heading to Training Camp

The Dallas Cowboys released fullback Lawrence Vickers this afternoon, giving them zero fullbacks on the depth chart heading into training camp.
Per the Dallas Cowboys:

The team released fullback Lawrence Vickers this afternoon. Making this cut saves Dallas $1.2 Million dollars in cap space in 2013. The team now has $10 Million in free cap space. (Information from ESPN Dallas)

This isn't a huge deal, as the Cowboys offense is making a transition into a majority two tight-end set.

The Cowboys will have zero fullbacks on the depth chart when they head to Oxnard, California for Spring Training in less than ten days.

Vickers played one season as a Cowboy, had 13 receptions for 104 yards and was the leading blocker for a Cowboys rushing attack that ranked second to last (31st) in the NFL.
