Big Changes Coming For The Weekend 10-10-13

Rain chances and cooler temperatures are in our forecast
Today...

A windy day is in store.

Winds will be sustained out of the southeast around 15-25 mph but gusts could be as high as 35 mph through the Permian Basin.

Expect winds even higher through the Guadalupe Pass area, but not quite to the high wind warning threshold.

These winds could provide some visibility issues with blowing dirt as we have been very dry and the dirt is loose.

Temperatures will once again be in the upper 80's/lower 90's across the area.

Tomorrow...

Less windy, but still warm across the board.

Look for temperatures to stay in the upper 80/lower 90 range.

Weekend...

Saturday we introduce a slight chance of rain and temperatures in the lower 80's.

Best chance will be Sunday when we see a 40% chance of rain across the area.

Temperatures will be right around 80 on Sunday.

Next week...

Our next cold front will roll through Tuesday and drop us back into the 70's but the forecast stays dry thereafter.
