MIDLAND -- Project Amistad is feeling the frustrations of clients in the area trying to use healthcare.gov.
The organization reports it's had about 400 phone calls from people wanting to sign up and needing assistance, but the non-profit hasn't been able to finish the enrollment process on a single person because of website difficulties.
Project Amistad wants people to know they're still offering help.
The group says it's taking calls and keeping a back log of clients for when the website is functioning.
Project Amistad also stresses there are scams out there and not to give any personal information to someone that isn't a licensed navigator for the site, healthcare.gov.
