He is being held at the Ector County Jail and has eight bonds totaling $4 million.
ANDREWS COUNTY -- Two men are now facing charges of aggravated assault against a public servant for allegedly shooting at law enforcement officials.
It happened along Highway 385 in Andrews County on Friday afternoon.
Troopers say it started as they were trying to stop a stolen vehicle and ended with an officer-involved shoot out about eight miles south of Andrews.
Troopers say David Baca, 34, and Cameron Marson, 24, shot at troopers. Officials say at least one man was hit when troopers fired back.
Hospital officials tell us Baca and Marson remain in the I.C.U. at Medical Center Hospital.
