ODESSA -- One local charity says today is just like any other in terms of giving, the only difference for them is the menu.
The Salvation Army in Odessa says they feed the hungry three times a day, 365 days a year, and Thanksgiving is no exception.
Fifteen volunteers from the community donated their time to give back to those in need.
Barbara Mamoulides, a volunteer at the soup kitchen says her fellow volunteers come help because of their love for people and the people who come to the salvation army on thanksgiving for dinner appreciated the kind gesture.
Mamoulides says this week has been especially busy because of the harsh weather over the last week.
