Drug And Stolen Property Bust In Big Spring

Four people are behind bars after a drug bust in Big Spring. Police also found stolen property at the home. They say there are steps you can take to make sure your property is identified if it's ever stolen.
BIG SPRING -- A drug bust in Big Spring also yielded thousands of dollars worth of property that police believe is stolen.

Police tell us that many of the items match descriptions of property reported stolen, but reports are missing crucial information to confirm who it belongs to.

Big Spring Public Information Officer, Tony Everette says there is something you can do to safeguard your property.

He advises people to take pictures of anything of value that you have, along with pictures of the serial numbers, and keep those photographs somewhere safe for future reference.

This helps law enforcement identify stolen property and return it to its rightful owners.

Peter  Christopher Strickland and Carmen Renee Strickland are facing charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone. 

Amanda Gomez and Jeffrey Glen Turner are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police tells us that the investigation is still ongoing and more charges could be pending.
