The stabbing victim found in a field off Parkway just South Of I-20 on April 29th has been identified through fingerprints as:
Lawrence Dale Salisbury
W/M
DOB: 12-10-1954

Salisbury’s body was found in a field off Parkway South of I-20 at approximately 11:35 a.m.

The victim had stab wounds to his upper torso. The body was sent to Tarrant County for an autopsy.

The investigation into this homicide continues.



ECTOR COUNTY, TX (Big 2 News) -- Ector County Sheriff Deputies are investigating an apparent homicide.

Authorities say a man's body was found off of JBS Parkway, south of I-20.

The man's identity has not been determined yet.

DATE/TIME REPORTED: 04/29/2014 @ approximately 11:35 p.m.
LOCATION: In a field / off Parkway, South Of I-20.

SUMMARY:
Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a field off Parkway, South Of I-20 at about 11:35 p.m. Tuesday.

Dispatchers had received a 911 call that a body had been found in that area.

The victim was deceased and was a white male, believed to be in his 40's had stab wounds to his upper torso.

The body is being sent to Tarrant County for an autopsy.
