Midland, TX (Big 2 News) - The Village at Manor Park cut the ribbon on their brand new full nursing care households Friday.
Manor Park Assisted Living Facilities are a group of communities over 65 acres on north Loop 250 in Midland.
The new households will house 20 to 22 residents, each resident getting a private bedroom and bathroom with shared living and dining spaces, giving elderly residents a place they can truly call "home."
Margaret Cowden of Manor Park says, "It's just a whole new concept in caring for the elderly. And it is a home for them. And that's what we dreamed about."
This newest addition broke ground in April of 2012.. with a projection to finish in 15 months, so this ribbon cutting comes ahead of schedule.
