ODESSA, TX (Big 2 New) – This weekend marks the final performances of “Music, Mayhem and Madness.”

Here’s all the show details from organizers:

The final two performances for the 3rd Annual Music, Mayhem, and Madness will begin at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Black Box Theater in Odessa. The show combines sketch comedy, improv, games, and musical performances into a two-hour variety show. West Texas Talent has come together with Mark 10 Theatricals for the third year of this show.

"Our shows have always been a mix of high energy physical comedy ,spoofs, and plenty of sexual innuendo," said Daniel Ryan III, Director of West Texas Talent. "The show is geared toward the non theater-goer who works all week and is need of some laughs."

Ryan is also part of the show's cast, along with Zoe Alvarado, Jackie Barron, Breanna Carrasco, Chalace Cavender, Elvanisha Johnson, Sarah LaMascus, Jennifer McNeely, Toby Phillips and Kaylee Sims. It is directed by Mark Tenniswood. Music, Mayhem, and Madness is written by Ryan, Tenniswood and LaMascus, along with contributions from the rest of the cast. Guest performers Stephanie Pena and Tay Hennen will be performing on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

"Music, Mayhem & Madness is an uncensored evening of songs, sketch comedy and improvisation," said Tenniswood. "If you like to laugh (and you're not easily offended), leave the kids at home and enjoy some West Texas burlesque."

Fifty percent of the proceeds of all Black Box shows go to the Globe Theater's Black Box renovation fund.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show is BYOB. The Black Box Theater is located at 2308 Shakespeare Rd. next to the Globe Theater in Odessa. General admission is $15, and $10 for students and seniors. The show has humor that is raunchy in nature, so parents are discouraged from bringing their children. For reservations, go to www.mark10theatricals.com.
