Odessa, TX (Big 2 News) - 340 first and second grade gifted and talented students got to take part in a hands-on acrchaelogical project.
They dug around and sifted through dirt at the Hurt Ranch.
Ector County ISD teachers tell us that the G&T students have studied Egyptian History all year.
This project was a culmination of their studies, aimed at teaching them about the value of ancient history.
