Odessa, TX (Local Big 2 News) - A 16-year-old now faces capital murder charges for last month's deadly shooting at Floyd Gwin Park. The teen is the third arrest in the murder case.

While Odessa Police have made a total of three arrests this case, they still ask for the public's help to find one more accused murder-er

The deadly shooting happened back on July 29th in the parking lot near park's public pool.

Police say they found 23-year-old Gabriel Castillo shot multiple times.

Now officers are not releasing the name of the teen arrested last night in this case, because at 16, he is still considered a minor.

But they tell Local Big 2 the teen faces capital murder charges.

Two adults have already been arrested in this case: Officers arrested Cesar Ulate earlier this month on capital murder charges while Cristina Renteria was arrested last month, accused of tampering with evidence and making a false report.

But police are still looking for 20-year-old Adolfo Renteria, who is wanted for capital murder.

Police say anyone who's helping Renteria hide, could also face charges.

"It is a crime, you know it is against the law to harbor a fugitive. If it is found that somebody is harboring him or any other fugitives, action will be taken," said Cpl. Steve LeSueur, public information officer for the Odessa Police Department.

Authorities tell Local Big 2 this murder case is the fifth they've worked this year. And officer say like this case, most have been drug related.

If you know anything about this murder case or any active crime case for that matter, you're asked to call police
