Good Morning West Texas Birthday Winner
OFFICIAL RULES

Requirements:

1. Viewers must submit their relative and or their name to KMID ABC 2
2. Viewers can enter by

3. Must be 18 years of age or have a legal guardian to claim their birthday gift.

Birthday Prize:

1. Birthday winner will be drawn at random then announced during Good Morning West Texas.
2. Prizes will vary, depending on local sponsor.

General Rules: 

1. All contest on KMID are designed with fairness in mind and purchase is not necessary.

2. Entries should be mailed to KMID, PO BOX 60230, Midland, TX 79711.  Entry must contain your name, address, age and phone number.

3. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

4. KMID shall not be responsible for prizes not delivered by any participating sponsor.

5. All entrants and winners agree that KMID may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, videotape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason deemed necessary, without compensation, and further agrees to hold KMID blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.

6. All entrants and winners agree that KMID, Nexstar Broadcasting, and it’s affiliates shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize awarded.

7. Unless otherwise stated, KMID limits all winners to one per household, per contest.

8. Winner has thirty (30) calendar days to claim their prize at the KMID business office.  After 30 days the prize will be forfeited.

9. Contest winners must provide their Social Security number and/or form of identification upon request and may be required to sign a release form, and other tax associated forms, prior to receiving their award.

10. Winners of all contests are solely responsible for any and all taxes, tips, and/or gratuities that may result by claiming their prize.

11. The employees of KMID, Nexstar Broadcasting, any sponsor and their families are ineligible to play and/or win the contest.

12. The employees of any other broadcasting company and their family are ineligible to play and/or win the contest.

13. KMID reserves the right to alter and/or terminate any contest at any time and in any way without prior notification to contestants.

14. Rules for individual contest may vary and changes are left to the discretion of KMID.

15. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception or cheating shall be grounds for KMID to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contest and events at the sole discretion of KMID, as well as forfeiture of any of any prize won by fraudulent means.
